Outdoor CLT sauna. Walls, floor and ceiling are 54 mm CLT panels of dried spruce.
External dimensions: 2.3 × 2.3 m. Capacity: 3–4 people. Approximate weight: 1.15 t.
Solid CLT panels
Floor, walls and ceiling are made of 54 mm cross-laminated timber (CLT) panels from dried spruce. The panel works as both the structure and the visible wooden interior.
DEIZ panel concept
In addition to the glue between layers, the lamellas are also glued to each other, which helps the panel behave more monolithically. Lamellas are about 50 mm wide, finger joints are avoided on visible surfaces, and panel joints are sealed.
Insulation
The standard version is not insulated: walls and ceiling are the 54 mm CLT panel itself. Insulation is available as a paid option.
Natural wood
Wood reacts to moisture, sun and temperature changes. Light and medium facade colours are usually the more stable choice.
Warranty
DEIZ gives a commercial warranty on the sauna of 24 months for non-commercial use and 12 months for professional use. It starts when you receive the sauna, sign the document and pay the amount due. Natural changes of the wood and facade coating are not manufacturing defects. The commercial warranty does not cover shrinkage cracks, colour changes or slight warping.
Manufacturing defects in the adhesive bonds between the structural layers of CLT panels, including interlayer delamination, are covered by the DEIZ commercial warranty. Loss of structural load-bearing capacity is not required for such a defect to be covered.
Gaps, joint openings or separation between adjacent timber lamellas within the same outer CLT layer do not, by themselves, constitute interlayer delamination. Such cosmetic changes are not covered by the commercial warranty when they do not affect the sauna's structural integrity, weather resistance, safety or intended functionality.
This exclusion does not apply to manufacturing defects in the adhesive bonds between structural CLT layers or to other manufacturing defects that affect the agreed performance of the sauna.
Nothing in this commercial warranty limits or excludes the mandatory statutory rights and remedies available to consumers.
Heaters, chimneys and other equipment from other manufacturers are covered by their manufacturers' warranties.
Production
Standard models are made to order in Riga, Latvia. The usual manufacturing estimate is 6–8 weeks from the 50% advance on an order agreed directly with DEIZ. Transit is not included. The final production and collection schedule is confirmed by DEIZ after order acceptance.
Ordering
Online ordering is temporarily unavailable. Request an individual quotation. DEIZ confirms the configuration, production and delivery arrangements. An order agreed directly with DEIZ is invoiced 50% in advance; the remaining 50% is paid by bank transfer on a separate invoice before the sauna is handed over. If DEIZ organises delivery, that cost is agreed separately and invoiced before dispatch.
Collection or delivery
Listed prices for Latvian B2C customers include 21% Latvian VAT. Collection from the DEIZ warehouse in Riga is available at no additional charge. Loading the sauna onto transport arranged by the buyer is included in the sauna price. The warehouse address is Braslas iela 24C, Rīga, LV-1035, Latvia. Delivery arranged by DEIZ is available by individual quotation and must be agreed separately before the relevant delivery service is ordered. Delivery and unloading at the destination are not included in the sauna price unless agreed separately.
Assembled or DIY Kit
The assembled sauna needs access for a truck, crane or manipulator. Where that is not possible, every model is available as a DIY Kit: panels prepared for manual assembly, usually by two people, without heavy machinery. The DIY Kit includes a heater.
Before installation
You will need a level, stable foundation and, for electric heaters, a suitable three-phase power supply. Local permits, electrical connection and foundation are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise. You can install the sauna yourself, or we can help for an additional fee.
Assembled or outdoor sauna DIY Kit
Assembled - the complete outdoor sauna when a truck, crane or manipulator can reach the site. The heater is chosen separately for the Assembled format.
DIY Kit - the same CLT garden sauna prepared for manual assembly, usually by two people without heavy machinery, when access is limited. The heater is included in the DIY Kit. It is not a simplified structure.
